Venison Butchery Masterclass

Join us at The Springfield Kitchen for an immersive nose-to-tail butchery experience led by our Head of Product and Master Butcher.
Set in our relaxed farm classroom kitchen, this guided session is perfect for hunters, curious cooks, and anyone keen to deepen their understanding of sustainable meat preparation (focusing on whole-animal use, low waste, and mindful butchery techniques).
What You’ll Experience:
Nose-to-tail butchery lesson demonstrating the break down of a venison carcass, identifying different cuts, and maximising yield to minimise waste
Small group setting for personalised guidance
Guided farm tour with one of our fantastic team members
Light lunch cooked over the outdoor open flame BBQ Kitchen using fresh venison cuts
Tea, coffee, and water provided
