Join us, and a group of likeminded hunters, for a four hour workshop on our fallow deer Farm at Springfield Deer Farm in Mole Creek Tasmania. Wear clothing appropriate for the outdoors and the weather. We will have a shelter and a fire pit. Please wear fully enclosed shoes.

Depending on the group size. Each member of the group will have access to a carcass and get the opportunity to practice the techniques themselves

Everything you need for the day will be supplied on site

We supply food and drinks for all participants, there will be a bbq at the end of the day for the group to enjoy some venison and discuss what they learnt
